If you need access to your account statements, invoices, or would like
to view or adjust your service package, you can do so easily via our
*Client Portal*.
Steps to Access Your Account:
1.
Visit: www.pretoria-wisp.co.za <www.pretoria-wisp.co.za>
2.
Click on *ClientZone* at the top right of the page
3.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click *“Forgot your password?”*
to receive a reset link
4.
Once logged in, go to the *Finance* tab on the left
5.
Click on *Documents*
6.
Then click *“Generate Document”* in the top right corner to download
your PDF statement or invoice
This is ideal for accessing past invoices, downloading updated
statements, or making changes to your current service plan.
