Good morning Moreleta Park residents,
I’m aware that our relay tower is currently offline. It appears that
there was a power outage in the area early this morning, and
approximately six hours later our backup batteries were also depleted.
Under normal circumstances, the battery system provides roughly two days
of backup capacity, so this behaviour is unusual and will need to be
investigated once power is restored.
At the moment, we unfortunately need to wait for the municipality to
restore power before we can access the site and implement a fix or
determine the exact cause.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. I will provide an update
as soon as the site is accessible again and the network is restored.
