We’d like to provide an update regarding the recent instability on the
Colette building network.
Our investigation confirmed the root cause as a factory fault in the
installed equipment. While we await the arrival of replacement hardware,
we’ve applied a stabilising configuration tweak to maintain performance.
Since implementing the change, the network has remained stable.
That said, we are still proceeding with a full upgrade to the core
infrastructure at Colette. This upgrade will ensure long-term
reliability, better capacity, and improved latency for all connected users.
