current network status and what we plan to do moving forward to improve
stability.
We are aware that the Colette Building link recently experienced another
unexpected reboot around 23:00 PM. This continues to be a concern, The
root cause has been identified as a factory fault on the equipment, I
will be conducting network work and diagnostics specifically at this
location to identify and resolve the issue permanently.
Our goal is to ensure stable, reliable connectivity, and while this
process might take a bit of time, I appreciate your patience and
understanding as we work through it. I will keep you updated as we make
progress.
