Park and Brooklyn network. While our recent network upgrades—completed
just three days ago—are fully operational on our end, the issue lies
with our data provider, Frogfoot Networks. Their fiber infrastructure
was affected by last week’s lightning storm, and their technicians are
working continuously to resolve it for Menlo Park and Brooklyn. This is
an intermittent issue, so connectivity may fluctuate as they work on the
fiber optical network.
While the fault is on the FNO side, we’re in regular contact with them
and monitoring the situation closely. I understand how frustrating this
must be, especially as we’ve invested heavily in ensuring seamless
connectivity for you.
If you’re handling latency-sensitive tasks, such as gaming, I recommend
using an Ethernet connection temporarily to help mitigate packet loss.
If you need an Ethernet cable, please let me know—I have a few available
and can provide them free of charge.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through these
challenges. We’re committed to providing the best possible experience
and will keep you updated on any developments.
