Dear Residents/Customers,

We hope this message finds you safe and well. We regret to inform you
that after a severe lightning storm and heavy rains on the 30th of
January at 20:05 pm, we experienced a loss of connectivity on our fiber
network at 32@ 14th Street, Menlo Park.

Upon dispatching our technicians, it was identified that the loss of
connectivity resulted from water ingress into the cabinet, leading to
the shorting out of some of the equipment inside. Currently, we are
operating on our failover links to mitigate the issue; however, clients
may experience slower than normal browsing speeds, and real-time
services have been impacted.

*Current Status:*

* Loss of connectivity due to water ingress into the cabinet.
* Operating on failover links to minimize service disruptions.
* Slower browsing speeds and impact on real-time services.

*Mitigation Efforts:* Our technical team has taken immediate action to
address the issue. We have notified our Fiber network operator, and they
are expediting the dispatch of a new GPON to replace the damaged
equipment as soon as humanly possible.

*Timeline:* While we are working diligently to resolve the issue, we
understand the inconvenience this may cause. Please be assured that we
are prioritizing the replacement of the GPON equipment to restore normal
service levels.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this challenging
time. Our team is committed to resolving the issue promptly and ensuring
that you receive the high-quality service you expect from us.

*Contact Information:* If you have any urgent concerns or inquiries
regarding the ongoing situation, please feel free to contact our support
team at 072 861 6276.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,
